Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 24 plus hours before your appointment can transfer deposit to another appointment.
No call and No shows will forfeit deposit, incur the 100% of service cost, and will be subject to 50% deposit for future bookings.
Running late, there is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 min your appointment is subject to changes and $15 late fee
or the 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours if you are more than 20 minutes late.
No refunds on services however please voice any issues you have during your service so it can be addressed.
